The Portable Outlet 155 Watt CPAP Battery was primarily developed, because the existing 100 Watt CPAP batteries failed to power a CPAP for at least 6 to 8 hours.
The main difference between our CPAP battery and knock-offs is that the Portable Outlet 155W has a 155 Watt Capacity and a 100 Watt Output while knock offs, even though they look similar, don't have nearly enough power output & are not designed to power CPAPs.
The Portable Outlet can power a CPAP with a 90 Watt power supply every time. Most of these "look-alikes" have an 80 Watt Capacity, so they have almost half the battery life of the Portable Outlet. More importantly, they have a 60 Watt or 80 Watt Output, so they overload when trying to power a CPAP with an 80 Watt or 90 Watt power supply.

Maximizing CPAP Battery Life
The most common questions and misinformation people have is regarding battery life.
The Portable Outlet™ 155 Watt CPAP Battery was primarily developed, because the existing 100 Watt CPAP batteries failed to power a CPAP for at least 6 to 8 hours.
The Portable Outlet™ has been tested with the most popular brands of Auto CPAPs and we have achieved an average of 7 to 8 hours of use, with humidifiers set at the middle temperature setting, with pressures between 10cmH20 and 15cmH20 in CPAP mode. Popular Travel CPAPs achieve 12 to 14 hours of life with similar pressure settings. The Auto CPAPs we tested were connected to a water column manometer while usage was timed.
Over the past 2+ years we have received feedback from CPAP users and have learned that battery life varied in actual patient use because of the following conditions:
1) Use of a Heated Tube
2) Use of Humidifiers with varied settings
3) Use of pressure dropping modes during exhalation (C-Flex & EPR)
Many CPAP users are given Auto CPAP systems with heated tubing. In most cases, Heated Tubing and Heated Humidity is not necessary in the circumstances that a CPAP/BiPAP patient would be using a CPAP battery.
Heated Tubing engages an automated "Climate Control" setting that can raise the tube temperature and heated humidifier to the highest levels. This can cut battery life in half.

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 24 - 72 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 24-72 hours for your order to process, and an additional 3 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located in the US & abroad. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 7-16 days. For International orders, please allow up to 15 business days.
Q: Why do some items take longer than others to arrive? A: We look for unique products that you probably won't find elsewhere. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times for some of our products, though we work our hardest to get your order as fast as possible.

You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 2 to 3 days after the order is placed. We ship orders from one of our fulfillment warehouses right here in the USA using USPS mostly or from one of our overseas warehouses using UPS, DHL, & FedEx. After your order is processed by our facility we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number to the email you provided us at checkout so you can follow along with your order.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All of our items are shipped free, whether they ship from the US or overseas. Whenever possible, we try to fulfill our items from the USA to help expedite shipping times which could range from 2 to 15 business days. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to request a refund after you have received your order, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions.
Covid-19 Shipping Update: Due to delays related to the Covid-19 pandemic, orders are taking longer than normal. Please allow 7-10 days for processing and 2-4 weeks for delivery. Tracking will be provided to your email as soon as your order is shipped. Please note: Processing times and shipping times are not guaranteed and are simply general estimates. We will do our best to update our estimates in accordance with our current demand however, estimates may not always be exact.
A Return must be requested within 30 days of your date of delivery. Simply click on the "Returns" link at the top or bottom of our website to initiate the return. We'll receive and review your request. If approved, you'll receive an email with an Return Authorization Number. Once your Return Authorization Email is received, please return the item(s). You must return the product(s) to the address below to receive a refund within 30 days of receipt of request.

Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.
Additional terms and conditions: Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened; Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Sale items: (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
